Returns Policy

If you have a change of heart and decide that you no longer want to do your test, get in contact with our support team to let us know!

You can email our support team via support@examineme.co.uk to request a refund. In your email please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order reference number

Our support team will inform you whether we can offer you a refund and if so the amount. Any refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used by you to pay. If you paid using a gift card you may be refunded using vouchers.

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • You can only request a refund within 14 days of the date you received your order confirmation.
  • If you request a refund before we have dispatched your test kit you will receive a full refund.
  • If you request a refund after we have already dispatched your test kit we will refund you the cost of the test, minus £12 to cover the cost of the test kit. We cannot refund the cost of the test kit as the kits are medical devices that cannot be reused once they have left our facility.
  • Unfortunately, you will not be entitled to any refund once your test has been run at the lab and your results have been processed and made available to you.
  • In the event that you do not receive your results within 15 days of your sample arriving at the lab, you can request a full refund. We will accept refund requests up to 60 days from the date you received your order confirmation.
  • If you have a phlebotomy appointment booked and decide that you no longer want to complete the test, you can cancel this free of charge and receive a full refund (minus the £12 cost of the test kit if it has already been dispatched) up to 48 hours before the appointment.
